Requirements and Restrictions
- Boating and Waverunner rentals are at-risk activities.
- Renter assumes all risk involved with participation.
- Guests must follow all safety instructions provided before departure.
- Passengers must wear provided life vests while operating or riding.
- Rental equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental time are eligible for a 90% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time are not eligible for a refund.
All cancellations must be submitted before the 24-hour cutoff to qualify for the refund.
